ALL SHIPMENTS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCOMPLETE/INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS ARE SUBJECT TO A RETURN SHIPPING FEE. CONCRETE COLLECTIVE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN-TO-SENDER FEES. AS A PRECAUTION, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL INFORMATION UNDER SHIPPING IS CORRECT BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR ORDER.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through the Canada Post tracking system.

Orders typically take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed. Please allow five to ten (5-10) business days for orders to be received. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order.
NOTE: Orders placed after 5 PM on FRIDAY will NOT be processed until THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide, please contact Canada Post.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot split an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do ship internationally. All international orders will be shipped via Canada Post using the shipping method selected by the customer. Our website will suggest delivery methods based on the customer provided address. Additional taxes and shipping charges may apply. Concrete Collective is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
RETURNS
Concrete Collective will accept, for either refund or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of any damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, items must be mailed back to us within 21 days from the receipt of their original order. We will not accept returns after 21 days from the receipt of the original order. Refunds will only be issued once items have been returned. All refunds will be issued to the customers original card used for payment.
